On-Site Check & Estimate Policy

We are happy to provide free estimates for customers interested in our products. Site checks and consultations are complimentary for customers who move forward with purchasing a building from us.

  • A $125 site-check and consultation fee applies for on-site visits and consultations. This fee will be credited toward the purchase of your building if you proceed with your project.

If you are still exploring options and are unsure about purchasing, we recommend the following:

  1. Visit our showroom to tour our display models and review available options.
  2. Schedule a complimentary phone consultation with our team. We can review satellite images of your property and help recommend the best location for your building installation.

To schedule an on-site visit, complete the form below and we will send you a payment link and coordinate a date and time for the consultation.

* Available within a 20 mile radius of our Meridian and Boise locations. Please contact us if you are outside of this area for other options. Depending on the location and the scope of your project, fees may apply to a site visit.

Is the ground relatively level and free of significant slopes?

Is there adequate space around the shed for access and maintenance (at least 24” or more)?

Is the shed located at a safe distance from fences and other structures? (*recommended to check with your HOA)

Are trees and shrubs trimmed to prevent them from contacting the shed?

Is the area around the shed free from debris, such as leaves, bushes, sticks, etc...?

How far is the shed going to be from your house? Is it within 30 yards?

Please upload photos of the intended installation site here if available (2mb File Limit).

*Lean-To Style Sheds: These are the exception; The high wall is typically built right up against a structure. Therefore, we need at least 24” or more of room on all three sides to get around with power tools. Measurements on the configurator for heights are interior measurements (See our lean-to brochure for information)
